Artificial intelligence is being built for markets that already had everything else. We are building it for ours.
The tools arriving from San Francisco assume a fast connection, a corporate card, a laptop per employee and a support ticket answered in your timezone. Most African businesses have none of those, and are told the technology is not for them yet.
We think that gap is an engineering problem rather than a permanent condition. Our whole practice is aimed at closing it — making artificial intelligence as accessible as possible to the African market, at the scale of a factory floor, a logistics yard, a lending book, or a kitchen in Ruaka.

Accessible is the requirement, not the bonus
If a system needs a fast connection, an expensive phone and an English-speaking operator, it has not been built for this market. We design against the constraints that actually exist: intermittent bandwidth, shared devices, prepaid data, multilingual users, power that comes and goes.
Automate the work, not the appearance of work
A dashboard that a manager still has to read and act on has moved the labour, not removed it. We target the whole loop: decision, action, and the follow-up, so that the hours actually come back.
Own it or we have not finished
Every engagement ends with your team able to run, change and extend what we built. Source code, infrastructure definitions, documentation and training are part of the work, not an upsell.
Say what the technology cannot do
There is a lot of money in overstating what AI will do for a business. We will tell you when a model is the wrong tool, when the data is not there yet, and when the honest answer is a simpler piece of software.
