Industrial workflow automation

We map how work actually moves through your operation, including the WhatsApp threads and paper forms nobody put in the process diagram, then automate the parts that cost the most and break the most. Manufacturing, logistics, agriculture, financial operations, field services.

Deployment and operations

A model in a notebook is not a system. We take work through to production and stay on it: deployment pipelines, cost controls, monitoring on both infrastructure and model behaviour, and the training your team needs to own the thing after we hand it over.

02Engagement

How the work runs.

Four phases. You can stop after any of them and still hold something useful: the assessment, the specification, or a working system.

Diagnose

1–2 weeks

We sit with the people doing the work and map how it really moves, including the WhatsApp threads, the spreadsheet somebody maintains at home, and the paper form nobody put in the process diagram. You get a written assessment whether or not you continue with us.

Design

2–3 weeks

We specify the system: what gets automated, what stays human, where the data comes from, what it costs to run per month, and how we will know it worked. If the honest answer is that you do not need AI for this, that is what the document will say.

Build

6–14 weeks

Delivery in two-week increments against a working environment, not a slide deck. You see the system operating on real data early, and every increment is something you could stop at and still have value from.

Hand over

2 weeks, then ongoing

Deployment, monitoring, documentation and training. Your team runs the system; we stay reachable. Support arrangements are a separate, cancellable agreement rather than a lock-in.

03Limits

There is a great deal of money in overstating what this technology will do for a business. We would rather keep the client than win the pitch.

A model cannot fix a process nobody agrees on, invent data you never collected, or carry accountability for a decision that belongs to a person. Where those are the real constraints, we will say so in the assessment and, where it helps, point you at the simpler piece of software that would actually work.

We also do not take work we cannot staff properly. If the engagement needs a specialism we do not have, we will tell you that rather than learn it on your budget.
